Sticks Store is a specialist retailer of heated tobacco products for the European market. We sell the consumables and the devices for every major platform — IQOS, glo, Ploom, BONDS and lil — and nothing else.
Why a specialist rather than a general store
Heated tobacco is an awkward category to buy in. Platforms are not interchangeable, the naming is inconsistent between markets, and a stick bought for the wrong device is simply wasted money. General retailers carry a handful of the best-known lines and leave you to work out the rest.
We carry the ranges in full instead, and we write out the compatibility on every product and category page. If a stick does not fit your device, we say so on the page rather than at the returns stage.
What we stock
Thirteen stick ranges and nine device lines. Tobacco and tobacco-free sticks for the same platforms, so that the choice between them is yours rather than a consequence of what happened to be in stock.
Everything ships in sealed original manufacturer packaging. We do not sell opened boxes, refurbished devices or repackaged sticks, and we do not relabel products from one market as another.
Where we ship from
Stock sits in a warehouse inside the European Union, which is what makes delivery straightforward: the parcel stays inside the customs union and there is nothing to clear or pay on arrival. Full terms are on the Delivery & Payment page.
Who this is for
Adult smokers who have already moved to heated tobacco, or who are deciding whether to. We are not in a position to give health advice and we do not pretend otherwise: these products contain nicotine, they are addictive, and they are not a smoking cessation aid. What we can do is make the buying part accurate — right stick, right device, sealed box, delivered.
