These terms govern purchases from Sticks Store. Placing an order means accepting them.

Who may order
Our products contain nicotine and are sold to adults only. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco and nicotine products in your country of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order where that is in doubt.
We deliver within Europe only. We do not ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Poland. Orders to those destinations are cancelled and refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout according to the terms on the Delivery & Payment page. Payment is taken in full before an order enters processing.
Sticks are sold by the box of 10 packs. Single packs are not sold.
We correct pricing errors when we find them. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing rather than shipping at a price neither side intended.
Orders and availability
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Delivery
Processing takes 2 to 3 business days; transit is 10 to 15 business days on standard shipping and 7 to 10 on express. Those windows are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Full terms, costs and the list of countries we serve are on the Delivery & Payment page.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment has cleared in full.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us in writing within that period and return the goods.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU. In practice this means unopened boxes can be returned; opened ones cannot.
Return shipping is at your expense unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly supplied. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used.
Warranty and faulty goods
Devices carry a 6-month warranty, set out under Warranty. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, which we do not exclude or limit.
A device that arrives dead on arrival is replaced once returned. Damage caused after delivery — liquid, drops, broken parts — and faults arising from failure to clean the device are not covered.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Health
These products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are intended for adult smokers and are not a smoking cessation aid. We do not give medical advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which our company is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are handled by the courts competent for the registered seat of Sticks Store LLC.
