EVO

EVO is the tobacco range for Ploom devices, and it behaves differently from everything else in this catalogue because Ploom heats differently.

Ploom runs at a lower temperature than IQOS or glo and heats the stick from the outside. The result is a softer, less peppery draw and a distinctly fainter smell in the room. The trade-off is that the hit is gentler — heavy smokers often find it too mild at first, and people who disliked how harsh heated tobacco felt tend to find it here instead.

EVO works in Ploom AURA and in the older Ploom X. The tobacco-free line for AURA is LYO.

Which one to start with

Because Ploom runs cool, start at the fuller end of the range rather than the lighter one. A blend that would be too much on an IQOS often lands about right on an AURA.

Price and packaging

Sticks are sold by the box: 10 packs, 200 sticks, €65 per box. Single packs are not available, which is deliberate — the price per stick is noticeably lower this way, and it is how nearly every order here is placed.

Device compatibility

These sticks work with Ploom AURA and Ploom X. See the device pages if you are not sure which model you own. Sticks built for another platform will not fit, and forcing one damages the chamber.
