FIIT sticks are real-tobacco consumables made for the lil SOLID family, including lil SOLID Ez. Their shorter format matches the device’s compact chamber, and none of the FIIT variants has a capsule.
Compatibility is exclusive: FIIT fits lil SOLID devices only, while other stick formats do not fit lil SOLID. We stock 10 FIIT variants at EUR 64 per carton. The names distinguish the listed profiles, including cooling ratings where applicable, but they do not indicate capsules or different device formats. The practical decision is therefore straightforward: choose FIIT only if you use a lil SOLID device and want a shorter, non-capsule, real-tobacco stick.

What are FIIT sticks?
FIIT is the real-tobacco stick line for the lil SOLID family. The format is shorter than the standard sticks used by several other heated-tobacco platforms. That shorter construction is matched to the compact lil SOLID chamber, so the stick is designed around that device rather than being a general-purpose heated-tobacco consumable.
Every FIIT variant in our range is listed as real tobacco. Every variant is also listed as having no capsule. That means there is no capsule to press, twist or activate during a session. The product name may indicate a different listed profile, but it does not change the basic format: FIIT is a shorter, non-capsule stick for lil SOLID.
FIIT is not a tobacco-free line. Tobacco-free does not mean nicotine-free in any case, but that distinction is not the relevant one here: FIIT is listed as real tobacco. These products are for adults aged 18 and over. The applicable warning is: “This product is not risk free and contains nicotine, which is addictive.”
Which devices fit FIIT?
FIIT sticks fit the lil SOLID family only. The brief identifies lil SOLID as a shorter-format system, and the FIIT line is made for that compact chamber. This includes lil SOLID Ez, the device listed in our catalogue.
FIIT does not fit IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA ONE, glo, Ploom or BONDS by IQOS. The reverse is also true: TEREA, DELIA, LEVIA, VIRTO, RIVO, VEO, NEO, Kent, EVO, LYO, BLENDS and BEYOND are not interchangeable with FIIT or lil SOLID. Stick formats are specific to their heating chambers.
This is a format issue, not simply a brand preference. IQOS uses its own stick format, glo platforms use different chamber dimensions, and Ploom uses its own sticks. The Which Sticks Fit Which Device: Full Compatibility Chart gives the wider comparison. For FIIT, the short answer is the one to remember: lil SOLID only.

Does FIIT have capsules?
No. The FIIT range we stock has no capsule in any variant. You cannot change the profile by pressing a capsule, because these sticks are made as single, non-capsule products.
The names Alpine, Marine, Spring, Crisp and Roxo should therefore not be read as capsule instructions. They are product names within the range. The catalogue gives these variants different cooling ratings, but the sticks remain non-capsule FIIT products.
Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Seaway and Valley are also non-capsule variants. Regular Deep and Valley have verified tobacco descriptions in the product data, while the other products are listed as heated tobacco sticks in sealed packs. Where a product page gives a specific note, it is more useful to treat that wording as the product’s stated profile than to infer extra flavour details from the name.

How do the FIIT names map to the range?
The names separate the 10 stocked variants, while the store’s listed body and cooling ratings provide a more consistent way to compare them. Body is shown on a 1-5 scale and cooling on a 0-5 scale. These are catalogue ratings, not nicotine measurements, medical information or a promise about how every adult will experience a session.
| Variant | Body rating | Cooling rating | Capsule |
|---|---|---|---|
| FIIT Alpine | 2 | 5 | No |
| FIIT Crisp | 2 | 3 | No |
| FIIT Marine | 2 | 4 | No |
| FIIT Regular | 2 | 0 | No |
| FIIT Regular Deep | 4 | 0 | No |
| FIIT Regular Yellow | 2 | 0 | No |
| FIIT Roxo | 3 | 3 | No |
| FIIT Seaway | 3 | 0 | No |
| FIIT Spring | 2 | 3 | No |
| FIIT Valley | 4 | 0 | No |
On those ratings, Alpine is the highest-cooling option in the stocked range, followed by Marine. Regular Deep and Valley have the highest body rating, while Roxo sits between the body ratings of the lighter-listed options and those two variants. The zero-cooling group is Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Seaway and Valley.
What are the main differences between the variants?
The clearest difference is between the cooling and body ratings. If cooling is the deciding factor, Alpine has the highest listed cooling rating at 5, Marine is rated 4, and Crisp, Roxo and Spring are rated 3. The remaining variants are rated 0 for cooling.
If body is more important, Regular Deep and Valley are both rated 4. Roxo is rated 3. Alpine, Crisp, Marine, Regular, Regular Yellow and Spring are rated 2. Seaway is rated 3 for body but 0 for cooling, so its position is different from Roxo despite sharing the same body rating.
The verified product notes are deliberately limited. Regular Deep is described as a rich tobacco blend enhanced by smooth. Valley is described as a roasted tobacco blend with rich, earthy flavours. The other stocked variants are listed as heated tobacco sticks in sealed packs, without an additional verified flavour description in the product data. That is why the table is the better guide than guessing from names such as Crisp or Spring.
How much do FIIT cartons cost?
All 10 FIIT variants on this page are listed at EUR 64 per carton. The price is the same across Alpine, Crisp, Marine, Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Roxo, Seaway, Spring and Valley.
| Product line | Compatibility | Tobacco | Capsule | Carton price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FIIT | lil SOLID family only | Real tobacco | No | EUR 64 |
| BLENDS | BONDS by IQOS | Real tobacco | No | EUR 65 |
| BEYOND | BONDS by IQOS | Tobacco-free | No | EUR 65 |
| EVO | All Ploom devices | Real tobacco | No | EUR 65 |
The comparison shows why price alone is not enough. BLENDS and EVO are only EUR 1 more per carton in the listed catalogue, but they belong to different devices. BEYOND is also EUR 1 more and is tobacco-free, yet it is for BONDS by IQOS rather than lil SOLID. Buying the cheapest-looking compatible line is less important than buying the correct format.
FIIT compared with other lil SOLID options
FIIT is the consumable choice for lil SOLID. The device listed for this system is lil SOLID Ez, priced at EUR 40. It has one body, one button, a cap that twists off for cleaning, no pocket charger, no pairing and no modes. The simple hardware matches the simple FIIT decision: select a non-capsule stick made for that device.
Do not use BONDS by IQOS as an alternative stick for lil SOLID. BONDS is a separate system using ROUNDHEAT, and its BLENDS and BEYOND sticks are made for BONDS by IQOS. Their lower or similar carton price does not make them compatible with lil SOLID.
For a broader device decision, read IQOS vs glo vs Ploom vs lil: How to Choose a Device. The relevant trade-off here is narrow: FIIT keeps you within the lil SOLID format, while moving to another device means changing stick line as well. The guide BONDS by IQOS and lil SOLID Ez: Budget Devices Compared covers the two budget-oriented devices without treating their consumables as interchangeable.
Who should choose FIIT?
FIIT makes sense for an adult who already uses a lil SOLID device and wants the matching shorter stick format. It is also the straightforward choice for someone who specifically wants real tobacco, no capsule and a range with both cooling-rated and zero-cooling variants.
FIIT is not worth choosing if you use IQOS ILUMA, glo, Ploom or BONDS by IQOS and do not intend to change device. The sticks will not fit those systems. It is also not the right match if a capsule is essential to your choice, because no FIIT variant in this range has one.
Choose among the stocked names using the listed ratings rather than unsupported assumptions about flavour. Alpine is the highest-cooling option. Regular Deep and Valley are the highest-body options. Regular, Regular Yellow and Seaway have no listed cooling, while the other variants sit between those points. If none of those distinctions matters to you, the price is identical at EUR 64 per carton, so there is no catalogue-price reason to prefer one FIIT variant over another.
Frequently asked questions
Do FIIT sticks fit lil SOLID Ez?
Yes. FIIT sticks are made for the lil SOLID family, including lil SOLID Ez. They use the shorter format matched to the device’s compact chamber. They do not fit IQOS ILUMA, glo, Ploom or BONDS by IQOS, and sticks made for those systems do not fit lil SOLID. Formats are not interchangeable.
Are FIIT sticks real tobacco?
Yes. FIIT is listed as a real-tobacco stick line. The 10 FIIT variants stocked on this page are not tobacco-free products. The line is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The required warning is: “This product is not risk free and contains nicotine, which is addictive.”
Do FIIT sticks have a capsule?
No. None of the FIIT variants in the stocked range has a capsule. Alpine, Crisp, Marine, Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Roxo, Seaway, Spring and Valley are all non-capsule sticks. Their names and listed cooling ratings describe range differences, not a capsule that can be activated.
What is the difference between FIIT Regular and Regular Deep?
FIIT Regular is listed with body 2 and cooling 0, while FIIT Regular Deep is listed with body 4 and cooling 0. Both are real-tobacco, non-capsule FIIT sticks for the lil SOLID family. Regular Deep also has the verified product note describing a rich tobacco blend enhanced by smooth.
Which FIIT stick has the most cooling?
FIIT Alpine has the highest listed cooling rating in this range, at 5 out of 5. FIIT Marine is rated 4. Crisp, Roxo and Spring are rated 3, while Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Seaway and Valley are rated 0. These are catalogue ratings, not nicotine figures or a guarantee of individual experience.
Which FIIT sticks have the strongest listed body?
FIIT Regular Deep and FIIT Valley have the highest listed body rating, at 4 out of 5. Roxo and Seaway are rated 3. Alpine, Crisp, Marine, Regular, Regular Yellow and Spring are rated 2. Valley has a verified note describing a roasted tobacco blend with rich, earthy flavours; the other ratings do not add unverified flavour details.
How much does a FIIT carton cost?
Each FIIT variant stocked on this page is priced at EUR 64 per carton. That price applies to Alpine, Crisp, Marine, Regular, Regular Deep, Regular Yellow, Roxo, Seaway, Spring and Valley. The listed price does not vary by cooling or body rating. FIIT is for lil SOLID devices only, so compatibility should be checked before ordering.
Can I use FIIT sticks in IQOS or glo?
No. FIIT sticks are exclusive to the lil SOLID family. They do not fit IQOS ILUMA or older blade-based IQOS devices, glo Hilo or glo HYPER, Ploom or BONDS by IQOS. IQOS, glo, Ploom, lil SOLID and BONDS use different stick formats. A device change therefore also requires the matching consumable line.
